Studio rules

Version 1.0 · 24 August 2026

These rules apply to every shoot and every edit at Liberty. They spell out what your booking covers, what happens if you move it, and when we delete the footage — so you know it upfront instead of finding out along the way. Your order is governed by the rules that were in force on the day you paid the deposit.

1. Booking

Studio hours. Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 21:00. Sunday, early morning and night shoots are possible on request, if an operator is available.

A deposit holds the booking — 10% of the order, minimum 20 USD. Until it is paid, the date and time are not reserved: another client can take the studio and the operator.

The balance is paid after the shoot, in cash at the studio or by transfer the same day. We hand over the footage once the order is paid in full.

Changing your order — adding or removing hours, cameras, editing — is possible up to 24 hours before the shoot. After that, the session is charged as booked. Adding a service is possible even at the last minute, if there is a free slot and an operator.

2. Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling. One reschedule is free if you tell us at least 24 hours in advance. The new date has to be set within 30 days, otherwise the deposit is forfeited. A second reschedule we discuss separately.

Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead. The deposit is refunded in full.

Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead. The deposit is not refunded: we held that time for you and turned other clients away, and one day is not enough to fill it.

Hour packages. If you cancel less than 24 hours ahead, the booked hours are deducted from the package. If you reschedule more than 24 hours ahead, the hours stay.

Refunds are made the same way the payment came in: pesos come back as pesos, USDT as USDT, at the exchange rate of the day you paid. It takes up to 5 business days. Bank or network fees are deducted from the amount.

3. How package hours are used

A package is paid in full upfront and activates once the payment clears.

It is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Hours left unused after a year expire and are not refundable.

The minimum booking from a package is 2 hours. The hourly rate inside a package is a wholesale rate: it is built around full sessions, not short visits. A single hour costs more precisely because the studio and the operator are tied up for that whole hour, and setting up light and sound takes the same time as before a long shoot. So package hours are used in blocks from two hours up: if the shoot took one hour, two are still deducted.

This applies to every package — 6, 12, 30, 50 and 100 hours.

The last hour. If one hour is left in your package, you can still shoot: one hour comes from the package and the second is charged at the base hourly rate of your tariff.

Package hours can be used for other people’s shoots — colleagues, guests, your company’s clients. No separate approval needed.

4. On the shoot day

Running late. The operator waits for you through the whole session, and you can start at any point of the time you paid for. But the session ends at the scheduled hour: being late does not extend it.

Setup is part of the session. Light and sound are tuned to the specific people on camera — that is 10 to 15 minutes at the start. Add time for changing, testing and packing up. Actual recording time is shorter than the length of the booking: factor that in when you choose how many hours to book.

Extending on the spot. If there is no booking after yours, the session can be extended. We count it in 30-minute blocks at the hourly rate of your booking, payable the same day.

How many people. There is no limit. Just tell us the number in advance: it determines microphones, chairs and setup time.

Minors. Guests under 18 are welcome only with a parent or guardian who stays in the studio for the whole session and is responsible for the child’s safety and for consent to filming. The studio has light stands, cables and equipment — children cannot be left unsupervised.

Pets. Allowed if agreed at booking. The owner is responsible for the animal’s behaviour, for cleaning up after it and for any damage.

Food and drink. Allowed, alcohol included. Smoking and vaping inside the studio are not. Stains and ruined items are on you.

Your own props and rearranging. You can bring your own objects, decor and products. Studio furniture, lights and backdrops can be moved too — we ask you to put them back before you leave. Anything fixed to walls or ceiling is agreed in advance.

Your own equipment. If you plan to shoot on your camera, record to your own recorder or show something from your laptop, tell us when booking and the operator will set aside time to connect it. The equipment and its settings are your responsibility, and the time spent sorting it out comes out of your session.

Safety. The operator or the studio manager can stop the shoot if what is happening puts people or equipment at risk.

Cleaning. Leave the studio as you found it. Ordinary cleaning is included. If your shoot involves confetti, glitter, makeup, haircuts, or work with food or liquids, tell us beforehand: we do take those shoots, and the cleaning afterwards is billed separately at actual cost.

Damage. You are responsible for yourself, your guests and your crew. Damaged equipment or premises are compensated at actual cost — repair or replacement per the service invoice. If a piece of gear goes out of service and other shoots fall through, those are compensated too. We do not take a security deposit.

Right of refusal. The studio may decline a booking or cancel one, returning the deposit.

5. Footage

Raw footage is uploaded to the cloud within 24 hours of the shoot. You get a download link.

The link lives for one month. After that the material is deleted — both the raw files and the finished video. It cannot be restored; no backup copy remains. Download it as soon as you get the link.

If the balance is unpaid, the material waits 30 days from the shoot date and is deleted along with the rest. We do not take new bookings until the debt is settled.

Copying to your own drive (hard drive or USB stick) — 20 USD.

Rights. Once the order is paid in full, all rights to the finished material are yours. We do not pass your material to third parties.

Portfolio. We show our work: on the website, in the showreel, on social media, on Google Maps, in printed materials and at screenings in the studio. Authorship of the filming and editing stays with Liberty. If you do not want your material used in our promotion, tell us before the shoot — we will leave it out, free of charge.

People on camera. You are responsible for everyone who appears on camera — guests, speakers, employees — consenting to the filming and to the later use of the material. Their claims are yours to resolve as well.

6. Editing

The clock starts when three conditions are met: the material is received, the brief is approved, and payment is made. All deadlines are in business days.

Typical pace: one finished long-form video (podcast, interview, speaker) per week; Reels, up to 10 per week. For packages of 4 to 8 videos the deadline is agreed by volume. Rush editing costs extra.

If the delay is on your side — no brief or material sent, no answers to our questions — the deadline moves by the same amount of time. If the pause runs longer than a week, the project goes back into the queue: the editor takes other work in the meantime.

Send revisions as a single list per round. We return them applied within 3 business days of receiving a clear list. The number of rounds depends on your tariff.

A revision means: timings, emphasis, text and subtitles, colour, replacing individual fragments. The following count as new work with a separate quote: changing the editing concept, a new script, adding material beyond the original footage, editing from a different shoot, and any requirement not stated when the task was set.

Approval. The approval window equals the revision window of your tariff: Basic — one week, Standard — two. If no revisions arrive in that time, the work is considered approved and the free rounds close.

Revisions after approval are possible only for a separate fee and only while the project is still in the archive: the editor has to download all the material again and rebuild the project. Once the material is deleted, no further edits are possible.

Your own footage. If we edit a shoot we did not film, we work with what there is. The quality of the original limits the result and is not grounds for a claim.

7. Force majeure and liability

If a shoot falls through because of us — equipment failure, an operator falling ill — we move it to the nearest date that suits you, at no penalty. The deposit is either kept on account or refunded, your choice.

External circumstances — a blackout in the area, closed streets, a failure in the building — work the same way: the shoot is rescheduled and your money stays intact.

The studio’s liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damages.

We send the link to these rules together with the payment details when confirming your booking. By paying the deposit, you accept them.
